Responding to a man identifying as a “Palestinian” who asked why the US gives “so much support and aid” to Israel, American commentator Charlie Kirk said that, aside from the strategic benefits it receives, the US has a “moral commitment” to Israel.
“Israel is not like any other nation. It’s not like just sending money to Chad or Senegal. There’s something special about Israel, and I think we have a moral commitment to that land,” he said.
