During an emotional hospital meeting with U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff, former hostages Liri Albag, Daniela Gilboa, Naama Levy, and Karina Aviev, joined by Israeli Minister Ron Dermer, sang ‘Am Yisrael Chai,’ a powerful anthem of resilience.

Albag expressed heartfelt gratitude, saying, “Thank you—to you, to Trump, to everyone. You gave us hope to stay alive.”

Witkoff, moved by the reunion, embraced the hostages and added warmly, “I want to go to your wedding—I want to go to all of your weddings!”

“Am Israel Hai — the nation of Israel lives!”

This rallying cry was sung by the five former hostages and observation soldiers to Steve Witkoff, President Trump’s Middle East Envoy.
